  Although I am typically seen right away. I do feel the Vets knowledge for dogs is very minimal. I took my dog here because I noticed she wasn't getting out of bed in the morning and then limping when she was up. I have an 8 year old lab who is typically high energy and up before me, ready to be fed. When I was seen he told me she was getting older and having hip issues, and I needed to slow her down, then told me to buy some treats for her to help with mild pain. Still not convinced she got "old" over night. I took her back to my Vet in Maryland (where I am from). Saw my vet of 15+ years. The first this he told me, NO VET should ever diagnose a "hip ailment" without doing an X-RAY if he really thought it could be the hips. He said Hip and Lower back issues are very hard to differentiate without having an X-RAY and are treated very differently. Secondly, he said he would not advise to "slow a dog down" who is typically active, as long as she wants to be active, keep her that way. After that visit, it turns out she had a UTI (bladder infection). He advised me to find another vet, and expressed a lot of concern with the treatment my dog received at this place. He even said to have any vet down on this area ( SC) to call him so he could make sure they were suitable for treating my dog. If you are looking for a place to get shots, heart worm, BASIC care this place is fine, and fair priced. But if you are truly looking for a diagnoses or have real concern for your dogs health go somewhere else.
